    Bad shape

    The syngonium had 3 leaves
    One yellow and wilted
    One droopy yellow- brown leaf
    One new growing

One of the bad leaves fell off the next day. I’m hoping the growing leaf will survive and continue growing but I’m not very optimistic about it.
Positive: it was delivered two days after I ordered. Maybe because I live in SA too!
I was very disappointed and nervous because I had ordered other su got from a different place but when they arrived they were in perfect condition so I believe the green splash just wasn’t in good shape.

    Hey Ana,

Apologies your experience wasn’t perfect. I proactively ask for reviews because this usually isn’t the case :). Thank you so much for bringing these issues to my attention and for accepting a refund on the plant.

I had these on sale for Labor Day and got pretty low on stock, the ones I had left were smaller, but healthy plants.

Generally I’ve had great experiences with USPS (I use priority mail during the summer very intentionally to minimize time in a truck), but occasionally delivery on perishables in the heat can be a problem. I offer local pickup (north side of San Antonio near San Pedro and olmos) for free or local delivery for a fee.

I'll send photos of the actual plant I am shipping your way if you reach out on the website live chat or mention this in the order comments (I do this for my etsy orders automatically but its harder to get a good workflow with email because I'd prefer not to bug you).

Again my sincere apologies. Thanks again for taking the time to let me know that some failures happened, I really value the feedback, especially when its things that I can do better.

Very rude seller and plant arrive dead
