We ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays by using USPS first mail. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders placed after noon on Tuesday will ship the following week. Live arrival is guaranteed for all plants and cuttings shipped via upgraded priority mail service. Please film your unboxing and contact customer service within 48 hours of arrival with any issues.

Your new plant babies will be artfully swaddled with a level of detail only a former Papyrus employee could provide. Container plants are shipped in nursery pots and appropriate soil. Cuttings will be shipped in moss. The pot and leaves are carefully wrapped in polyfill or newspaper, then the plants are bundled in paper sheets and secured to the box.

We sell plants, not insulation. During times of extreme heat or cold, we provide complimentary bubble insulation and heat packs as necessary.

All international orders require a phytosanitary certificate. The current fee for this document is $100, which is included in the shipping cost of the order at checkout. The processing time for a phytosanitary certificate is 5-business days. We use UPS worldwide expedited and it usually takes between 2-5 business days from when it is ready to ship out.

Plants destined for export are shipped bareroot in sphagnum. If your country has special import requirements, please contact us directly.
